You can’t exactly change a row name in Excel. Each row is represented by a number.
You can put an identifying label at the start of each row; you can also select the cells to which you want to apply a name. Go to Insert on the top bar
Go to Name
Select the Define option
Type in the name you want to use.
Click ok. You’ve now renamed your row.
