How to Change Excel 2007 Cell Color Based on Value

In this video we will show you how to change excel cell color based on value.



In order to change excel cell color based on value, open your excel document. Select data in your document. In the “Home” tab, go to “Conditional Formatting” and choose “new rule”.
Open the rules dialogue

In the following window select “use a formula to determine which cells to format”. Edit the rule description, for example, with the next text “=$A4>34”. Click “Format”.

In the “format cells” window, go to the “Fill” tab, choose a color you like, and then press “ok”.

In the “new formatting rule” window press “ok”.
