In this video tutorial we will show you how to clear After Effects disk cache.
Open the After Effects project. When it’s done, you will see a warning that your disk cache folder is on a drive that does not have enough available space to safely store the full amount of data specified in your preferences.
Click “OK” button and open the project. In the next step go to the main menu and press “Edit”, then select “Preferences”, and choose the “Media&Disk Cache” option from the submenu.
In the pop-up window, press the “Empty Disk Cache” button in the “Disk Cache” section.
Click “OK” button in the appeared window. Click on the “OK” button inside the Preference Window. The After Effects disk cache is now cleared.
