How to Put MSN on Desktop



In this tutorial you will learn how to move the mouse cursor with keyboard for Windows.
Adding MSN shortcut to your desktop allows users to navigate easily to the MSN website by a single click on the desktop. The icon is usually a butterfly. You can only create the shortcut on internet explorer and Mozilla.
Step #1 open msn.com on your browser
Open MSN.COM on your internet explorer browser.

Step#2 Move your mouse pointer to the left side of the site
Move your mouse pointer to top left side of the site. Right click on the mouse and select ‘create a shortcut’

Step#3 click yes to allow the shortcut to be added
Click yes, to allow shortcut to be added to your desktop. Minimize your browser to confirm your new shortcut. You should be able to see the new shortcut on your desktop.

Step#4 click minimize button on your browser to minimize
If you are using Mozilla firefox, Click minimize button on your browser to minimize and allow you to view your desktop. Make sure you have closed all the programs on your computer for you to see your desktop.

Step#5 drag the url button to your desktop
On MSN URL address, click on the button to the left, drag it and drop it on your desktop.

Step#6 confirm your new add
Minimize your browser. Look through your desktop and locate the new butterfly icon. And that is it.
