Windows Explorer has many functions to help you organize and manage your photos or pictures. You can easily move pictures to the Picture Library where they can be shared with other user accounts. The pictures can be organized by Month, Ratings, Tags etc to help in sorting them into relevant categories. Tags can be assigned to pictures to put them in the relevant category as mentioned earlier.
