In this tutorial you are going to learn how to calculate GPA online.
Step # 1 – Navigating to a GPA Calculator
You are going to need to find an online GPA calculator, a particularly good one can be found at “www.registrar.iastate.edu//gpa-calc/gpaCalculator.html”. You are going to need to enter your data into this table. You do not need to fill out the “Course” option, but it can be helpful for you to keep track.
Step # 2 – Entering Your Grade Information
Enter the number of credits that each course is work in the second column and then the grade that you were given for the subject. On the right you will see a table that converts grade letters into a GPA score. You should also check the box next to the course that is your major subject. You must also enter the number of credits that the course has. Go through the table and enter all of the information that you have.
Step # 3 – Working out your GPA
As you enter this data you will see some figures below the table update. You can see your cumulative GPA at the bottom and that is how to calculate GPA online.
